I had the most relaxing appointment at Grotto - my Oura ring thought I was having a nap! I booked a long hair cut and consultation with Leah-Anne and had such an informative and comfortable experience. I learned so much about my hair and Leah-Anne took the time to make sure I was cared for. I've just booked my next hair cut and I'm sooo looking forward to it!
A wonderful place filled with wonderful people! My first appointment with Emma was about two months ago. I had very long hair and was ready for a shorter style. I brought in reference photos of what I had in mind and was pleased when Emma offered thoughtful suggestions to help tailor the look to my preferences. I was also really impressed by the salon itself - it’s clean, bright, and beautifully blends old stonework with modern furniture.
Online customer here. I ordered a product from this Hair Studio as it was out of stock or sold out everywhere. They were so accommodating, responsive, and reliable. I was fortunate enough to get a bottle as this line from Kérastase has unfortunately been discontinued.
Grotto is a very clean and welcoming hair salon. I highly recommend trying it out
Great experience today. Amberly was amazing! Friendly, great to chat with, and SO talented. The space is clean and inviting, and the coffee was lovely as well! They sell quality products and have amazing customer service. I’m beyond thrilled that I chose this place! I can fully understand why they book so far in advance.
