Great experience today. Amberly was amazing! Friendly, great to chat with, and SO talented. The space is clean and inviting, and the coffee was lovely as well! They sell quality products and have amazing customer service. I’m beyond thrilled that I chose this place! I can fully understand why they book so far in advance.
I went to the grotto a few weeks ago and was seen by Emma. I got highlights, toning, cut, wash and style. She was so so great, put so much care and effort into my hair. I couldn't be happier with the end results. The Entire place has such a nice atmosphere and the other was all so friendly. Can't recommend this place enough! I have found my forever salon.
I got my hair cut at Grotto for the first time a couple of weeks ago and will 100% will be going back. After showing her two inspo pics, Leah Anne gave me the best curly cut with bangs I think I've ever had. I've genuinely never been so happy with how a cut looks. The service was great and the stylists are evidently talented. I'm so glad I booked that last-minute appointment with Leah Anne!
The stylists at The Grotto have cared for my hair for eleven years. Skilful, knowledgable and friendly. Thank you all.
