Online customer here. I ordered a product from this Hair Studio as it was out of stock or sold out everywhere. They were so accommodating, responsive, and reliable. I was fortunate enough to get a bottle as this line from Kérastase has unfortunately been discontinued.
Grotto is a very clean and welcoming hair salon. I highly recommend trying it out
Great experience today. Amberly was amazing! Friendly, great to chat with, and SO talented. The space is clean and inviting, and the coffee was lovely as well! They sell quality products and have amazing customer service. I’m beyond thrilled that I chose this place! I can fully understand why they book so far in advance.
I went to the grotto a few weeks ago and was seen by Emma. I got highlights, toning, cut, wash and style. She was so so great, put so much care and effort into my hair. I couldn't be happier with the end results. The Entire place has such a nice atmosphere and the other was all so friendly. Can't recommend this place enough! I have found my forever salon.
