Came and picked up our mower, fixed a loose blade along with a bunch of other minor things, got it running smoothly. Offered to charge us nothing but I insisted on at least half price. Will ask for his services again this week!
I called Groton Small Engine Repair to have my snowblower looked at because it would not start. Chris the owner told me when he would pick it up and was right on time and called me back an hour later and said he found the problem and would return within an hour because of our snow storm coming and he did. Chris is a very nice guy and very personable and I would recommend them. Thanks again Chris.
I could go on and on about how great Chris and his customer service is....super nice guy and always helps me out with my mower when needed. Highly recommended!!
After explaining all of my problems on my golf cart Chris started right away and fixed them all within a few hours. I was impressed with the speed he worked in and made me feel very comfortable. Great job!
