Wonderful fitness, yoga, and dance classes. Cardio Sculpt on M. W. & F. is the best. one at 9:00 & one at 10:15. lots of excellent programs for all. Food there is good too!
I love singing in Silvertones chorus & going to Nursing homes to sing & cheering. Residents up.

It's a place to hang out with friends. There's no need to stay at home when you could come to the Center and enjoy all the classes. There's a variety of meals you can choose for your lunch. I go everyday and always enjoy myself.
GSC is one of Groton's gems. Many people complain about taxes but this, along with the Groton Public Library, our parks and rec. programs and the outstanding town staff all contribute to the town's quality of life. Would not trade for any other CT town.
