The Autobody rechnicians did a great job. They performed the repairs in a reasonable time!
My go to place for auto repairs following accidents. Very reasonable and personable.
Had to use them a couple of times, and he's always great. The last time I had to get my car towed to a mechanic. I called and had to leave a message, but he got back to me pretty quickly, and had my car all taken care of in just a couple of hours. I believe the tow rate is a state mandated amount, but he's been very reasonable for other services.
Predatory business practices, they only take cash and do not accept credit cards. This is illegal in CT according to OLR Bill Analysis sHB 6657! If suing them didn’t cost more than the tow I would’ve done it. Receptionist was extremely rude too which was to expected.
This place closes at 4:30, when CT state law 14-145b states they must be available between 8AM and 5PM to release vehicles that have been towed. They refused to remove the overnight storage fee despite me coming to get my vehicle before 5 yesterday. I will be filing complaints with DMV continually until they adjust their hours for compliance.
