The receptionist was very rude and difficult to deal with. The owner was a nice enough guy but his way of business is very poor and is designed to screw those who need assistance.
Towed my car against my will to his tow yard instead of the destination just so he could charge more for storage fee and bunch of other fees. He said it will be about $100 for less than 5mile, but charged me $200+ cash only. When I asked how come you didn’t drop off the car and why the price difference? Said “ I don’t remember discussing that”. I ended up calling someone else to pick up the car and didn’t have any of these issues. I recommend you do the same and save yourself the time and money
They took the time to make sure that the job was done right and complete. Invaluable help and advice with handling the insurance company and understanding the claims process. I highly recommend them they are an asset to the community.
