Told they are in the basement, not told go around the building to find the entrance. I called to specify I was running late due to school traffic went to main entrance to find basement and had to wait on other patients, then I was very late I was told to reschedule. It was a 45 minute drive! Ridiculous! I will never go back!
Dr. Grothaus is very incompetent and got very confused. He just needs to retire already if he doesn't understand what he needs to do.
