Steven and his team were fantastic, from recommendations and loaned samples, to a quick turn around from ordering to installing. The installation was smooth, and beautiful, and even resolved so many unlevel areas. The whole team was awesome, and we are thrilled with the new floors throughout the house.

I had a very disappointing experience with Grotewolds Carpet Station. Jeff significantly inflated the square footage measurements, resulting in a much higher price than expected. When I questioned Jeff about it, instead of addressing the issue professionally, I received threatening emails and phone calls from Jeff. This was not just an error—it felt intentionally deceptive. Terrible work and despicable customer service. Worst experience. Had them come to our luxury home, and they completely botched our job. We will see them in court!
