I had a very disappointing experience with Grotewolds Carpet Station. Jeff significantly inflated the square footage measurements, resulting in a much higher price than expected. When I questioned Jeff about it, instead of addressing the issue professionally, I received threatening emails and phone calls from Jeff. This was not just an error—it felt intentionally deceptive. Terrible work and despicable customer service. Worst experience. Had them come to our luxury home, and they completely botched our job. We will see them in court!
Love my floors. I was out of town when the floors were installed. I came home and was thrilled. Great service, the best installers, and beautiful floors. Highly recommend using them.
Steven and his team were amazing. They were very professional and did an excellent job installing our carpet. Great communication and great service, I highly recommend them!
