I've used Grotec for several times now and always found their service 5 star, from the Administration department their field technicians, also the communication skills is fantastic. They also organised the electrician to installed our isolator switch, which was done the same day. Keep up the exceptional customer service team, also special mentioned to Daniel
Good service during install with friendly people and someone came out once to fix ducts that have popped off soon after install. But over 3 years of having the system we are continuously having similar issues to the other posts where ducts are disconnecting in several places. Goodness knows how much money we have spent heating and cooling under our house. Several emails back and forth and they refused to take any accountability. Only that I could pay $297 for them to come and inspect and service it.
