I bough electric wonder mill from their online store, the motor overheated and burned up within one week. Tried to get in contact with anyone , but the lady said that the electrical is not covered from factory in India and then I could not get through again. I only used the mail two times! Drove over to Pocatello on the way to Jackson to get in touch with a live person and all there was a closed storage shed at the address posted on the internet. Jon and Kathleen are very kind people and very service oriented. Their business is an online business with just a wholesale warehouse/service center and storage sheds.Virtually all their retail is online. The Grote Molen company is a wholesale one outfit

Me and my husband drove to this place 4 times in the last two weeks to take a look at their grain mills , for some reason they are listed under Kodiac health store online and this place is always closed. When we call the phone number a rude lady picks it up and wants to sell us a storage room with Big Johns Hofman mini storage. There are no grain mills there and no store there, just a small cinder block garage. Good luck getting your money back if something goes wrong.
