Would be 0 stars if I could! If you are a prospective buyer just know that grote is not the best choice… ask White Castle about their experience with their slicers. This company uses a lot of parts that are “good enough” also known as scrap parts and parts that are out of dimensional tolerance quite frequently. I would strongly suggest that you find yourself another manufacturer
