Very professional and welcoming. The staff make this practice exceptional.
I have been going to this practice and collins Street since it open l have known them for 20 years the stuff the nurse the doctors are great yes Dr white when you have to wait to get into see him and yes you sometimes have a long wait but that is just him but he is thorough l have had no trouble and he help a lot with my late husband and great and helped me just like all the stuff did when l lost him 4 years ago . In this latest experience of being dismissed again by Dr White, it is clear that I am unsupported in the pursuit of trying to gain some autonomy and control over my own health. This last negative experience with Dr White has left me feeling extremely unwell, completely destabilised and totally abandoned in every sense. I am very concerned in which the manner it has been handled too as after over 7-8 years of being a patient here, I have finally asked for a reallocation of GPs to be actioned (to have basic safety!).
