Great practice, from reception to doctor
I have been a patient at the Grosvenor st practice since 2018, my doctor has always been excellent. The reception staff are vibrant, helpful, and proffesional. The nurses have also made uncomfortable procedures like injections a whole lot easier. I feel very fortunate to have such a reliable place to got to when needed.
Went on holiday and forgot my daily medicines. Booked a tele heath appointment for 3.00pm to get repeat prescriptions. Now 6.30pm no calls. Called the after hour doctor who told me he could not perscribe my medication. A complete shambles and 2 days without my essential medication.

First time to book a teleconsultation at 3:45pm. Doctor only called in at 5:45pm. The lateness was not the main issue, the issue for me is there was NO communication at all, whether is from the HotDoc application, or the practice itself about there may be possible delay in the appointment. Called the reception after waiting for 30min in the video call, and the receptionist just casually said it is very common to wait for hours for the telehealth to happen, especially for the Doctor whom I'm seeing.
