If you under the age of 70, this building is NOT for you!!!!! Basement smells terrible; there is a horrible Orient-style design about the building; building is not in the best condition; AC units are loud as hell (only on Memorial day - Sept.). Weird (and I mean WEIRD CREEPY) people live in the building - If I had kids or was an attractive girl, I would feel like one of the residents was going kdnap me. The Building's like a Carny Magnet.
