First time using Grosvenor, Dealt with barry and Ashley and they managed to diagnose my issue on my e92 330i straight away and gave me the reasons behind it as well. Now most garages would give a you quote and say this is how much it is however Barry went out of his way to find alternatives ways to fix this car as the original fix would have been expensive (due to the age of the car). Will definitely use Grosvenor as they guys know what they are talking about and great service.
