We have used Grosvenor for about 5 years with 3 different BMWs. They have been consistently friendly, professional, informative with great communication, understanding of the requirements and only ever invoicing the amount quoted (which can always be a worry when sending a car to a garage, as can be an opportunity to print money) We would highly recommend.
These folks are extremely good and we have been taking our cars there for some years. They are efficient, effective and trustworthy. We really like that they always do what they agree to do, they make clear upfront what they will do, how long it will take, and what it will cost.
