Wish i could say the same out of these guys. I was accused by the case mgr of overstepping boundaries when all i did was send her things regarding my claim and a decision letter i received. They treated me like a number not like a human being. I was told that they werent my counselor after i had told them how i was feeling and how frustrated i was. I understand they cant control the va and the process but when your at a lawyers mercy in a situation and they dont communicate good with you what do you expect.
Good afternoon, They didn't make any promises. Mr. Cooper and his paralegal. Ms. Hudson has been amazing. They came through for me after trying for over 10 years. I was able retire from job after I got my back pay. All I could say is Thank you Lord. They gave me hope when I didn't have any. Thank you. Thank you. If you have done all you can do and still get a denial from the VA. Let Mr. Cooper and Ms. Hudson go to bar for you. They are dream makers.
