Don't recommend booking as you will lose your money. Arrived at Hotel and there is no reception and no one to let you in or speak to, phone also cut off. Room doesn't exist. It's a permanent living hotel now. Had to go to a different hotel.

For starters we couldn’t get in as the hotel hasn’t been running for a year, I booked 7 months ago but I blame booking.com as they never took it off their site!!! $900 down the drain!!!

WARNING!! Do not book with this property. The business has been closed for quite sometime. We were left stranded when we arrived at night. We booked into another accommodation close by and was informed this has happened to other people before. After numerous attempted phone calls and emails that night, i receieved a TEXT message that said two words, " business closed". Im completey baffled why this property is still on booking.com?? The room was not cleaned well. Has cockroaches, and an interconnecting room with a party till late and then a baby crying throughout the night.

I just wonder how come on earth this kind of damp, unhygienic accomodation still exist in city like Cairns!!! There were tiny bugs all over the one bedroom suit that we booked, on couch, on bed and kitchen. We have got bitten constaintly. So paintful and unhappy to stay there. Unfortunately I didn't check the reviews before booking
