Stayed back in Oct/Nov and couldn't be happier, ended up being an issue with a leak from possibly another apartment that flooded ours and management went above and beyond for my daughters and myself, promptly addressing issue and upgrad8us to the "penthouse " .. I am forever grateful yo be able to give my daughters this experience that I otherwise couldn't. . Ladies at the reception were always welcoming and friendly... oh and a perfect location with stunning views.
We booked for 1 week. Cockroaches everywhere, lights not working. Got electric shock from one of the light switches. Apartment was a bit outdated. Reno's in the apartment above us. They were banging around from 7am. All day. We left 3 days early. We couldnt stand it there any longer. Location was good though.
Never disappoints. Its our annual trip. Friendly staff and great location.
Great view of the beach and others towers. Dirty tiles, crocroaches found all over the place, some lights don't work
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was very spacious but not very well equipped. It could have also been cleaner. The shared facilities we very clean and good to use. It is in a great location.
