From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The check-in was seamless ( Barbie is outstanding) , the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. You can tell they take real pride in creating a memorable experience. The room itself was immaculate—beautifully styled, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed (and more). Awesome accomodation for the price, spacious units, clean, great ocean views and centrally located for Surfers Paradise
Stayed back in Oct/Nov and couldn't be happier, ended up being an issue with a leak from possibly another apartment that flooded ours and management went above and beyond for my daughters and myself, promptly addressing issue and upgrad8us to the "penthouse " .. I am forever grateful yo be able to give my daughters this experience that I otherwise couldn't. . Ladies at the reception were always welcoming and friendly... oh and a perfect location with stunning views.
We booked for 1 week. Cockroaches everywhere, lights not working. Got electric shock from one of the light switches. Apartment was a bit outdated. Reno's in the apartment above us. They were banging around from 7am. All day. We left 3 days early. We couldnt stand it there any longer. Location was good though.
