Sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal, late check-in war möglich. Sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer und sauber. Allerdings wurde anfangs nicht erwähnt dass ein extra Bett mehr kostet. Zimmer hatten Fernseher und Balkon, komplette Küche und Wäschemöglichkeiten, also alles perfekt ausgestattet. Damen an der Rezeption sehr sehr nett. Guter Tennisplatz und Pool sehr sauber. Einfach traumhaft.
Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un appart-hôtel, c'est-à-dire qu'il n'y a aucun service de ménage lors de votre séjour. L'appartement est très vaste pour deux personnes, avec une vue splendide sur la plage. L'état est assez vétuste, la moquette de la chambre est honteuse de crasse. L'ensemble date des années 90 sans rénovation. Accueil sympathique mais très peu présent, les horaires d'accueil sont très limitées. Disappointing stay... despite being ocean-front the view was totally ruined with extemely dirty windows that nothing could be seen through them. The unit itself was not cleaned properly with dust, hair and mold everywhere. No room service either. Not recommended at all...
Absolutely Shocking! Stayed in Room 13 on level 3, there was BedBugs on the Double Bed My partner and I and my 1 year old baby girl got bitten, We Told the cleaners and they said they were only Beatles. But they were Definitely BedBugs! As we did a google photo Search. They said they couldn’t do much about it because they come from Travellers. This is disgusting. Watch out! Do not stay here!!!! . Barbie is lovely though! 5 BedBugs ! Could not sleep at all in the bed. Had to Sleep on the couch.
