I do not know where to start. So I will go to the beginning. 2 yrs ago I had iguenial hernia surgery. HERNIAS were removed and mesh applied. It took 3 months to recovery from that and after my surgery I repeatedly went to Grossmont surgical associates telling them something was wrong. They ignored me. Because the ignored me I lived for another year not knowing the mesh was getting infected inside of me. One day another wound opened up where my surgery was and I went to the er. I spend two weeks at Grossmont Hospital this year and the care was superb
If you can find another healthcare provider other than Sharp go with it. Sharp Health have poor costumer service and they basically do not care. I saw a surgery specialist more than month ago and told me they will contact me with in a week but nobody bother until now. I called 2 weeks ago and spoke with front desk and said will have a nurse call me soon. Still nothing. I also used their app to message the provider 2 weeks ago but no answer. Bad experience overall.
