This being my first procedure of any kind, I was terrified. Thankfully the nurses were so kind, it made the experience much less scary for me. They're calm demeanor and knowledge made me feel safe. Not only did they explain everything that was going to happen, they also made sure I was comfortable and kept reassuring me that I will be ok. The Dr. Greeted me kindly.
