The nurses at Grossmont Post Acute Care are the most wonderful hard working. They have 20 patients each on shift. Something needs to change . Profit over care is unsustainable.

I adore Grosmont Post Acute Care! I have found it necessary to have Physical and Occupational therapy more than three times. Grosmont Post Acute has returned me to health and strength every time. The facility & grounds are spotless. The staff are talented and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
