The facility and the staff are wonderful , unfortunately when I was there for almost 3 weeks the facility had only been open 2 weeks and IMHO they were way understaffed and all the RN and CNA were young and inexperienced , I required IV Antibiotics that had to be administered every 8hrs by an RN so I got to meet quit a few , I do need to mention 1 young RN Colin was his name he constantly rose above everyone else. The nurses at Grossmont Post Acute Care are the most wonderful hard working. They have 20 patients each on shift. Something needs to change . Profit over care is unsustainable.

I was let go back in February 2018, and you’ll never guess what I heard later that year—I got the scoop from someone I genuinely enjoyed working with, and apparently, nearly everyone I used to work with jumped ship!
