Went here preanesthesia appointment and lab work. I don't like that you have to pay for parking. Normally I go to the lab in El Cajon with free parking. Also difficult distance for walking with motility issues. Very few ADA parking and that is still across the street in the garage. I've also gone here for imaging. I'm going to request a different imaging place that doesn't charge parking and has more handicap parking up at the building. Besides parking issues, it is a nice facility.
Imaging is fine but the medical side for PCPs is horrendous. I REFUSE to use Sharp for anything if I can. They are rude and not helpful. Go to Scripps if you can. They have caring competent physicians. I will say Sharp has some amazing nurses.
In and out in 15min!!! But make sure you get copy of referral or scrip..the fax system there sucks...also there's charge at their parking lot but if you walk a block from the main hospital lot and go out the back side of parking structure up center street is really quick plus first 60min is free! Everybody is really nice and efficient.
Service is average, nothing special. The pricing for parking is ridiculous! Medical situations are expensive enough. They really need to lower the parking prices.
Grossmont medical terrace staff has always been courteous and professional. I have been there several times I appreciate their efficiency and kindness.
