I have a tumor in my uterus so this appointment was very important to me yet I wasn’t allowed to be seen. I was not aware patients had to arrive 15 minutes before to check in so I arrived on my appointment time which was 11am. When I walked in, there was 3 people in line and only one receptionist. In all my travels and keeping up with tests, Grossmont Imaging remains the very best for mammograms and DEXAs. Very caring staff, beautiful, restful atmosphere, and informative technicians! What more could you ask for?!

Very frustrated. I had an ultrasound done last year, the scheduling staff was nice and actual tech was okay, but front staff was very rude. And I am just now receiving a bill from this location over a year later.

I had questions about the equipment and the accreditation because the sticker on the equipment said it had been expired. A woman names Lisa Roberts called me as the employees told her I had a few questions. Lisa was very condescending, kept cutting me off, and told me she would email me information because I needed to educate myself. She kept saying that she wasnt sure about why I was concerned and I explained it calmly and respectfully and each time she would get more and more defensive. Unbelievable. Showed up for my ultrasound (early morning and in the rain) which already had delays due to administrative issues - only to be rudely informed that my appointment isn’t until next week. I’m almost 36 weeks pregnant and there’s not exactly a lot of time to “wait” to see how things are progressing. Especially when the initial order for these scans were on 3/9.
