Grossmont Gardens is unlike any of the other assisted living communities that I have toured and had loved ones living at! They are very professional starting with the initial tour conducted by Gemma. She personally took the time to answer every question, email and text and if she didn't have the answer she would immediately get help. Rude and backstabbing.. when confronted play dumb and confused and had the gall to have a attitude..none of them know any of the facilities processes and procedures and essentially tell new hires to wing it..I’m 100% confident if this place were to get inspected none would be bare knowledgeable enough to do the full capacity of their job…do not work here ! Recently visited my 95-year old grandmother here and introduced her to my newborn son. Four generations in one place and glad it was this one. She's only been living there a year but has never looked better and is in top spirits. Thanks to the attentive and caring staff, my family is at ease knowing Grandma is taken care of when we are not visiting. So glad we moved her from her last senior living facility and looking forward to celebrating her 100th birthday at this rate!

My mom was at Grossmont Gardens for about seven months I think. She was 97 years old really know health problems, but couldn’t really walk couldn’t see and couldn’t hear. She was able to get around really well in her wheelchair and she did that all day long. They brought in Eye doctors and people to see her so that I wouldn’t have to take her out as it was really difficult. She was pretty independent, but near the end needed a little more help.
