Parking here is atrocious, there’s never any parking for visitors. If there isn’t any available stalls we have to find parking on the street and walk (and you can expect there isn’t any close parking on the street, we’ve walked a few blocks). When there is, it’s so far from the building we need to go to. So many reserved parking stalls but only a handful of visitors parking. A place this big doesn’t account for visitors for their residents? Friendly staff though, I’ll give them that.

Grossmont Gardens has been the perfect place for my mother, she is appropriately placed on the memory care floor. We have been there for a year now. Gemma has been so supportive through the whole process. She has guided my family through the paperwork and process of the move in and a temporary move out for skilled nursing. Avoid this place at all cost. If you care about your loved one, do not send them to this facility. The patients are neglected. I wrote a review in Yelp with a couple of examples, if you need further details. My brother and my my mother were at the facility. My brother got a large pressure wound/bed sore. He passed away. When I witnessed an incident of severe neglect with my mother, I immediately moved her out.
