I have pain in my eye, but doctor said everything looks perfect. It doesn’t seem normal when you have a physical pain in my humble opinion I have no idea how it works.
Disappointed in staff change. Have been in the office several times in past year for frame adjustments. Even replaced with same frame once. Recently asked to replace with a sturdy frame and told cost would be additional $192. Already have $784 invested with $295 frame . Frames are have a 40%markup. They do not have designer frames. I have submitted a grievance to Sharp VIP & VSP. My purchase was 3/23/23. It’s really too bad since Dr Riggs is a fantastic Optometrist but New Manager is not customer service oriented.
I got my chalzion surgery removed , and it didn’t help ... it got bigger .
