You need to get several additional quotes from other structural engineers before you get involved with this firm. They quoted me $32,000 to do the structural engineering job on the retro-fit project on my commercial building on Colorado Blvd. I got a quote for the same spec's for only $6,000 from a reputable firm. The firm I signed up with has been delivering results as promised and I am pleased with their performance thus far on the project.
