Don't know anything about the good doctor but his staff ask you for a 100 pieces of information and promise you that a scheduler will call you within 48 hours. When I called to follow up after 48 hours I was then informed by a very self-important receptionist that "Dr. Grossman now only sees patients with malignancies". Well, thanks for wasting my time! You could have said that upfront.
