I had required service maintenance performed. I worked with Bryan who was over the top friendly, personable and professional. He went over what would be done and also informed me about 30,000 mile maintenance. Upon completion of the routine service Bryan provided me, on my statement, the work that would be performed for the 30,000 mile service and the estimated cost. All in all, a great experience at Grossman Chevrolet.

Routine oil/filter change went well. Left front TPS sensor had to be ordered due to no stock in house. So another appointment needs to be made to get this issue resolved. Unfortunately their computer system was "down" this visit and created some angst within the service dept. The service tech did his best given the computer glitches they were experiencing that day.
