I was lucky to get my vehicle out of there before they started on the work they claimed needed to be done. I went to another dealership and saved myself thousands of dollars. They told me they needed to rip up my dash and put a new wiring harness in - it turned out it was just a simple software update that needed to be done. I tried to reach out to them about how they could botch the diagnosis so badly - $150 diagnosis fee. The funny thing is they keep sending me letters reminding me to replace my wiring harness! I’m always wary of dealership service departments but this one can accommodate a LOT of vehicles (making getting an appointment there easy) and is also convenient to get to within the city. The crew seem great and actually like to work - i spent an hour just watching / listening to them interact with one another while checking out other cars in the showroom (which is always fun) after checking in our car...a Chevy Malibu that we purchased there over 1 year ago. Zero stars would be a lot more justified. They will try to sell you services you don’t need. They add services onto the bill that aren’t explained correctly, or brushed over. Just a terrible experience. They preyed on my ignorance and sold me a coolant flush I didn’t need. I already dislike car dealerships as it is, this only backs up my theory that these dudes are unethical and sleazy
