am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by Grossi Tile. Unfortunately, we experienced unprofessional and rude conduct from the tile setter while they were on-site. This behavior occurred in the presence of the homeowner as well as other contractors, creating an incredibly uncomfortable and hostile working environment. 07May2026 . I have gone to Grossi Thle for years for various projects. The staff are fantastically knowledgeable and made the projects much easier with their expertise and wonderful customer service. I encourage anyone looking for tile to check them out.
