Overall great experience and very knowledgeable staff. We were assisted by Joe today who was very patient and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for along with giving great suggestions. He really focused on figuring out my personal style and finding pieces that would compliment what i wanted very well!
We're in the middle of planning a reno and have been into the store several times, spending a lot of time trying decide between types of flooring and then the difficult task of choosing the the shade/colour. Throughout all of this they have been fantastic and we haven't spent a dime there yet. Thank you very much!
We have bought thousands of dollars of items from this place and recently we needed more stone for our fireplace as they miscalculated how many boxes we needed, with the first order of stone but then we didn’t need a box of stone from the second order as it was to many. We went back to return, but they told us we can not return as per the company that makes the stone, but that should have been told to us before we purchased more stone to finish our fireplace so we could have bought less and not to much.
