There is a good reputation for a reason! The wines are so well made and terroir driven! I enjoyed to the fullest my tasting and Kim was just the best to discuss in detail about the wines! Highly recommended!
As much as Grosset are famous for the Rieslings.... we really love the reds! Nereus is 55/45 shiraz/nero this year and beautiful. Pinot noir and the cabernet 'Gaia' are outstanding. Great service at the cellar door... thanks!
We had the best experience at the tasting - the host was so knowledgeable and personable, she took the time to really explain the winemakers process and what’s unique about the region. The wine was delicious, and the conversation was stimulating. An unmissable stop on the Riesling Trail!
Nice wine, but really poor service. We went for a tasting, but the lady didn’t introduce anything about the wines — no explanation of how they were made, what made them different, or any background at all. She just poured the wine without any interaction, so we couldn’t learn or connect the tasting experience with the winemaking. Quite disappointing.
