Excellent TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE
Rude owner, deceptive pricing. Mocked me for questioning pricing, don’t go here
I’ve been coming to Grosse Pointe Quick Lube since 2014 for oil changes, but my recent visit was disappointing. After following instructions to leave my keys and running an errand, I returned to find my car serviced. When I asked to see the oil before paying, the employee became visibly frustrated and told me, “next time, you wait here.” While he seemed to be the only employee on duty, his attitude was unnecessarily rude. The lack of good customer service has convinced me not to return.
Made an appointment for a brake pad change and nobody showed up.
Fast and efficient, and not a lot of upselling.
