I have been using their start up service for a few years now and this year I had them install a new control unit as well as spring start up. First of all they took the box with instructions and warranty info with them so I was unaware of how to use it but also they did a rush job on sprinkler set up and one of my sprinklers is missing 24” of lawn. We have used Island Sprinkler for many years to hang our Christmas lights. Chip was the best installer yet! He was amazing! 5 stars!
Wow 30% increase in winterizing system. $100 to $130 in one year. I have a customer for 20+ years and have always been happy with GIS. Not so much at this price.
This saddens me to say that they are now an awful sprinkler winterization company since I have been a long time loyal customer for many years. Do Not Waste your Money! They charged me $70 on 10/31/25 for 7-zone system and I was completely dissatisfied because they only partially blow-out your sprinkler sytem because they appear to be now more interested in speed, instead of quality.
