Wanted an irrigation blow out in late November. First they refused (they were the company we have used since moving to this house), then they agreed to do it fir almost five times they regular rate ($250 versus $50). Manager told me it was supply and demand. No, it is price gouging when your customer has his back again the wall
I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Dan, who I’ve never met before, but I can genuinely say he’s an outstanding employee. His empathy shines through in every way. Dan called me and told me the water wasn’t shut off. I mentioned to him.I thought it was outside. He patiently explained that wasn’t the case and offered to come back later. Called to schedule irrigation repairs for my house on 7/2, they couldn't come out until 7/12. Tech showed up at my house for less than 5 minutes and left without touching the system. I emailed to find out what happened and never received a response. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never did. I contacted another irrigation company to come out and make repairs and they were there the next day and completed the repairs.
