I paid for service from Grossbusters Wednesday 6-18-25. My trash service runs on Friday 6-20-25 no cleaning ever happened that day or the following day per what was promised, and they stopped responding across all platforms. My wife has tried phone, text, email, and social media—nothing. Next step will be filing a dispute with my bank.
They have terrible customer service! The manager, Aaron is absolutely atrocious and wholeheartedly, the only reason I canceled my services with them. He was very rude, unprofessional, and he did not even try to help me. He was very rude with his responses, and hung up on me. Would not be a person I would want to run my company nor a person I would want to give money to. Use at your own risk!
Clicked this link on their website to set up service and was sent over a quote for the full price service, not 50% off as advertised. I responded to the quote and asked about it and I haven’t heard anything for days. I had also reached out a year or so ago because we had considered this service at the time and I told them I needed to talk to my husband before moving forward with it and they were rude and impatient about it because I didn’t want to move forward with it right there on the phone, I had just called for pricing. ... read more
This is an awesome service. I signed up on a Thursday and they came to clean my trash bins the following Monday after my trash was picked up. I have 2 regular trash bins and 1 recycle trash bin. My 2 regular bins had already been dumped so the guy cleaned, sanitized and deodorized my 2 bins, but couldn't clean my recycle bin because it was not emptied yet. I left it out by the curb and he came back the next day at noon and cleaned, sanitized and deodorized it. He went the extra mile and even brought it up by the side of the ... read more
