I bought a used car from these folks. I did a test drive and the sale went smoothly. There was one hiccup with the front floor mats missing that I didn't notice till I got home, but after communicating with the team there, they took care of it like I requested. Brandon is an A+ down to earth salesman. The team was swift and informative in getting me out of there quick. I love the car.
The salesman Chris was great. Vehicle came from their Neillsville location. Unfortunately within a couple of weeks of purchase, a loud rubbing/vibration noise occurred in the front of the car when you turned the steering wheel whenever it rained. I took it to a local mechanic who found the cause. I had the car fixed. When sales manager Jon found out about the problems, he fully reimbursed me for the repairs.
