Brandon was personable and did a great job finding a car I would like.
The salesman Chris was great. Vehicle came from their Neillsville location. Unfortunately not impressed with the overall vehicle inspection that was performed by the dealership in Neillsville. No issues were mentioned or indicated and vehicle (as normal) was sold “as is”. Within a couple of weeks of purchase, a loud rubbing/vibration noise occurred in the front of the car when you turned the steering wheel whenever it rained. I am so happy that I purchased my car from Gross Motors. The service department has been outstanding--and I even got a free dairy product to celebrate June Dairy month.
