To Susan that responded to my post, ( Helen ). While you know Dr. Gross, or maybe just think you do because you got implants from him, you don't know me.. I also, have all the info I need to prove you , or anyone else wrong.. he also botched my nephews wife with what was said was 1000 cc's. Her name is Suzanne Hicks.
This is in response to the review left by "Helen" previously. I know Dr. Gross and his practice very well. I am a former patient of his. I suspect Helen might very well have not remembered the details of her surgery correctly. Afterall it was 12 yrs ago. I know Dr. Gross would have never suggested such a large implant on a small chest woman, let alone a 1000cc implant, which doesn't exist! HAVING THE MOST PERFECT IMPLANTS FOR 30 YEARS, CLAYTON RADIOLOGY RUPTURED MY LEFT BREAST DURING A MAMMOGRAM. "DR. LAWRENCE GROSS" WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PUTTING IN 1000 CC SILICONE. AS THEY WERE ABOUT TO DO THE SURGERY THEY INFORMED ME THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY $1,750 MORE, ON TOP OF THE ALREADY $4,100. MY HUSBAND WROTE THEM A CHECK, I WAS PREPPED ALREADY AND READY FOR SURGERY THAT HAD BEEN DISCUSSED SEVERAL TIMES PRIOR TO THE SURGERY. IMAGINE AT THE LAST MINUTE BEING TOLD THIS. After consulting with a couple plastic surgeons, Dr. Gross was the only one that spent more time explaining my options and addressing my concerns. He has excellent bed side manners and my surgery results have far exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with his professionalism and the staff is also very friendly and courteous especially nurse Gina, she is awesome. I highly recommend Dr. Lawrence Gross!
Excellent, My husband and I have both used them. Alice is also wonderful as well as all the office staff.
Dr. Gross and his staff are highly professional and each staff in the practice are very caring to their patients needs. I had to see Dr. Gross on two different occasions within 3 months apart because I had abscesses on my face. Dr. Gross opened his office up on a holiday weekend to remove the infection from my face. He was very highly concerned about me and my health. He has a wonderful bed-side manner!!! I highly recommend Dr. Gross and his staff to anyone needing a plastic surgeon!!!
