After an appointment request , receiving a call to make the appt...I received an e-mail 4 days later from Ms. Gross s I -Phone...stating: I m sorry my schedule is full at present. I was never addressed by name, no offer to refer me to someone else...nothing....I rearranged my schedule and took on undue stress ...for nothing...My opinion , a little professionalism would have been much appreciated...
It was horrendous the approach adopted by the office of Mrs. Gross. I too had made an appointment sometime ago with the understanding that in a matter of weeks I would be seen. One week later I was contacted and told the therapist had been overbooked and the appointment was canceled. Shocked, at this behavior by a person (s) who were there to assist in the field of mental health. I do not recommend Janice Gross. I m in contact with the board of health to file a complaint against this sort of practice.
