Every person I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I have never had a issue with this dealership. I tell everyone that ask where to get service,tires, oil changes etc to check out Gross motors you will not be disappointed.
Honest and excellent customer service. I bought a new truck from Gross Ford and am very happy with my purchase and buying experience. I drove with my trade in from a significant distance to purchase the truck with a agreed upon price for the truck but no agreed upon price for the trade in. Despite putting myself in a relatively disadvantageous position by driving so far without an agreed upon trade-in price.
