Our neighborhood had been dealing with unusually high water charges recently. We tried all we could to identify the leak ourselves, but to no avail. We reached out to Billy and he was flexible enough to fit us into his schedule for the following day. He and Miguel teamed up with our maintenance expert and were able to locate the hidden underground leak in just a few hours, and all at a fair price. Their cooperation was truly enjoyable. Excellent service. I'd rate it 10 stars if possible. I phoned them the previous evening, and first thing the next morning, they were on site. My technician, Miguel, was courteous and highly skilled, and he briefed me on all potential outcomes before he started working. The issue was tree roots in my main pipe.
