First time homeowner and first my purchase had to be ac. They came recommended by two family members and out of every quote I got were the cheapest. As soon I called they were practically there! Had them complete install and the workers were great and finished install same day. Only problem was they left a little mess but they cleaned most of it. Loved our experience with Gross Brothers! They were very professional and helpful with all my questions about our new a/c. Highly recommend!
Called them out to fix my furnace. they slapped the cover of a new thermostat on. Leaving the old back from my other thermostat on. Then left. A few days later I had to call them back out again and the real problem was a water drainage problem. They charged me for both visits and the new thermostat (which was very expensive) which i didn't' need. Then at the beginning of this season I had to call another company out to properly fix the problem.
