Body shop did a nice job getting front repaired and realigning the grill guard. Always great work by Jim and his team. battery test.
Marcy & Roger were so friendly, helpful and answered any questions I had.
Because the issue occurred the morning of July 4th, the service dept was closed. I reached out to Dusty Kreitlow, one of the service managers and he helped with a suggestion to get the vehicle started and usable until I could get it dropped off on July 7th. As always with Gross Motors, I was treated as family, had a loaner waiting for me, Bolt EV, and was kept aware of the progress.
