Let’s just keep it short and say that this company is run by a bunch of novices. This place ain’t groovy.
I don’t think the owner knows anything about the painting business.
I'm seconding what another reviewer wrote 2 weeks ago. We had our house painted 2 months ago, and were happy, but then the paint on the front door started bubbling all over. Someone came and fixed one patch a month ago, but it has since spread and I cannot get in touch with ANYONE to come back. It clearly was not prepped properly and they did a rushed job, and have no interest in customer service. I also had referred them to my parents and they did not do a complete job for them, and they are upset, as well.
!!!!! They started a project 3 weeks ago and have not completed it. I have emailed, called, left voicemails and cannot get in contact with anyone at the location. The contractor reached out to me stating he could not get in touch with anyone either and that the salesperson Paul Ortiz was fired and the owner Jacob Langner is not answering.. Spoke to one representative today and they said they could not get in touch with the office either .......
Amazing salesman Paul and a great team. Very good work done
