I am not a new patient and my appointment was at 12:30 and they told me to come 30 mins early so I came at 12 and waited till 1:15 and then asked why is it taking so long and they we’re like my time to see is at 1 , Then when I explained , he didn’t know what to say. I will never come back to this location. Horrible experience, wasted so much time.
I've had several appts scheduled and the technicians are always on time and always kind. I recently chose this radiology center again even though my doctor referred me to a different group. I have nothing but good things to say about this center.
Awful! I make an appointment, show up ten minutes before my scheduled imaging (took the morning off work to do so) and was told that they have nothing available sorry. Completely unacceptable! I walked out, went home and called Sibley.
I've been here twice for several different tests and have had a great experience both times. My wait time was short and the results they delivered were fast and accurate. In one case one of the doctors who ordered the tests was so impressed she asked me for all their info so she could start recommending patients go here. Highly recommended.
