Very knowledgeable team of mechanics. Quickly diagnosed the issues I was having with my car and helped me deal with it
Worst experience at a dealership ever. Payed $1200 for an engine diagnostic, after I got handed all my car parts in PLASTIC BAGS, my engine block was on the floor. And they didn’t even try to help me load everything into my car. They also left parts inside my car everywhere, making it a mess. 0 Help from anyone in the service department, I feel like I got scammed, wouldn’t recommend coming here for anything!
Anyone who lives in Summit/Eagle Counties know buying and maintaining cars is never simple. We just wanted to note a wonderful experience we had at Groove last week. We had purchased a Subaru last summer from Groove and they had offered us a free detail. First the detail was amazing! But the best part, my wife was picking me up as we left the car for a couple of hours for the detail and while she was on her way to get me the rearview mirror in our Volkswagen fell completely off.
