I was able to get great service in Auto Star’s comprehensive repair center.
I brought my Crosstrek in to swap out the snow tires They suggested an pcv valve replacement which I ok'd. I asked for recommendations on other maintenance issues and they provided me with that list with pricing. I brought my car back to get an oil change, drive belt replaced and induction cleaning to remove carbon. I dropped the car off and was told it would be 2 to 3 hours and walked back home. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!! Made a deal with a trade in bought from them with all maintenance records on file. Also had about $2500 in upgrades which we lost as well. They could not remember the conversation we had at closing specifically asking about details which were clearly explained. So we lost close to $8500 which was to come in a check. They couldn’t remember the conversation??????!!!!!🤷♂️ Really shoddy dealer! Thieves! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!
They are always nice, patient and super helpful to me.
