Worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Their only Godsend are the ladies in the service department who answer the phone, unlike the gents who are unaccounted for when trying to get in contact. I am still in the process of printing a key which has taken 3 days longer than promised because they never called to confirm as they claimed they would. Avoid this place at all costs.
Over an hour and 20 to get an oil change..... with 3 mechanics in shop..... smh
While on vacation, our vehicle suffered some electrical problems. The kind folks at Groove were able to see our vehicle that same day. While it took quite a while to diagnose, they were eventually able to figure out our needs. The part would take some days to arrive, so they loaned us a vehicle so that we could continue our vacation. The repair was completed on Christmas Eve, but the folks at Groove were willing to allow us to return the loaner (and pick ours up) after hours, which enabled us to complete our vacation as sche... read more
