I absolutely had the best experience after an appt time go wrong. I thought I'd try again, Emily was amazing,loved my hair,she did full hair of highlights,cut ,styled, suggested,I left Groove Lounge very happy, I very rarely give reviews:)
I don’t recommend getting highlights here. My highlights were done very poorly ,patchy, uneven, and not blended at all. For the price I paid, I expected professional results, but the outcome was far from it. The salon really needs to improve their highlighting techniques.Also they told me the colour is going to last for more than 3-4 months but its just 2 months and all colour got faded

I’m a regular client at groove salon. Best thing is the private room that accommodates hijabis. Emma, a junior hairstylist cut and styled my hair. I was very happy with the outcome. Emma listens and gives suggestions. She’s very friendly. Will definitely ask for her personally next time I book for another hair cut.
