The bicycle brake pads ran out in 3 weeks. $20 Very poor quality
I brought my ebike in to have Bob fix a flat tire and perform an overall tune-up. Wow, the bike works like it's new! I called first, as suggested, and brought the bike in around noon. Less than 3 hours later, they texted me that it was done! I picked up the bike, and I must add that the fee for such excellent service was very reasonable. I have Bob's team work on my ebike because I know that they have the technical expertise to do the job right. Plus, their ebikes are light yet sturdy and stable -- perfection!
This was a tough review. On one hand, the guys are friendly and gave me a decent discount. On the other, they took a really long time, did not communicate the several day delay, and they returned my bike with an awfully squeaky brake. Ultimately, solid and reliable service is what you're looking for, so I have to give them 2 stars. Pretty disappointed as I thought I found a shop I could rely on, but I won't be returning.
