Had them check out our dishwasher. Was better off replacing than having them repair it though. Tech was very nice and explained everything that was wrong with it.

First time using Groom's for a heating and cooling appointment. It was very quick to get a service appointment for a water leak from furnace room and general A/C and furnace service. Since it was cool enough furnace service was able to be completed, so I'm ready for winter. As part of maintenance cleaned the fitting for the drain tube which should fix the water leak. Determined A/C was low on coolant, but given the time of year suggested we put that off until spring which saved me some money. I appreciate they didn't over se... read more
