This was one my best experiences. First, I submitted the ticket online, received a response quickly which included clarifying questions, then an appointment was set with a 2-hour window within 48 hours of my submission. Second, the tech was late due to another service call, but that was okay because I received a text explaining the situation with a new time. The tech (Devin) was awesome. He kept me informed, was professional, knowledgeable and probably why this company came highly recommended. Outstanding customer service.
We were very pleased to have our air conditioning and furnace replaced by Groom's! They had multiple guys out there working outside and inside to make sure they were being efficient yet quick with the entire process. One guy had even noticed that we had a gardening hoe nearby and smoothed out the dirt that our lovely dog had dug around the previous air conditioning unit. We were very pleased to about getting necessary updates throughout the process as well. Overall was an amazing service done!! Thank you!!
I can’t say enough about these guys! They went over and beyond and got my dryer fixed And found out why my heating element was going out all the time. They spent so much time making sure the problem was solved. I can’t thank them enough! I will use them again in the future!!!!!! Prices were great!
Fantastic experience with this company and will continue to use them in the future for all HVAC needs. I have an older system 2006 Heil Furnace / AC Unit and the consistency of igniting was in jeopardy. Groom’s was my second opinion service call. The first company I had come out wanted to upgrade from the moment they arrived with an entire new system and monthly membership, which we all know is very costly.
