Travis was out today to look over the AC unit. He did a thorough inspection and cleaning. During the inspection it was determined that my AC unit was not functioning properly. The cause was not conclusive due to temperature inside and outside. He provided the potential causes of the issue and stated that he would rather come back on a warmer day to re-check. I appreciate the honesty and transparency on this visit. I would recommend Groom’s to anyone looking to check / repair HVAC.
