I really wish I had read all the negative feedback first before taking my baby in, she got hacked, not at all even lengths! Pomeranians are not suppose to have their undercoat cut, this groomer shaved her and left blade marks. $50.00 down the drain! Had I taken the time to check her out at the groomers, I would of not paid!!Took 4 1/2 hrs. I cant even think of what my fur baby went thru while being locked up there. Rude staff!
