I have taken my former dog (Cocker Spaniel, "Dickens") and now my little field English Setter ("Dexter") to Holly at Groomingdale's for several years. NOBODY does it better! They were both groomed beautifully. My Cocker even had hip issues later in life and Holly would groom him however he wanted to sit or lay down on the table... The staff sometimes brings in their dogs to the salon as well - they LOVE dogs. I highly recommend Groomingdales/Eagan - and our groomer Holly!

Haircut was great but customer service was poor. They lost personal information after my first visit. By the fourth visit, I went there for an appointment and they didn't have any record of it. I will never go back to them. All I wanted was to support a business in a city in I live in.

SO GOOD! – I was moving to a new place and wanted to get my cat groomed, so we could move in without worrying about her. I stopped at Groomingdale's and was greeted right away with a smile and was told to bring her in as they could make it work! An hour and a half later, Lulu was done! While I have taken her to other place that were fine, I've never seen the lion cut on her done this well! I think she felt better, too, as she was walking with her tail in the air and a total chatterbox! HA! Thank you Tory for your quick work ... read more

Best cut our sheltie ever got – Samantha, our Sheltie, has been groomed by numerous people in her 13 years. No one ever did as good a job as Groomingdales. We even got a follow-up note in the mail thanking us for our business.

Great people, very accommodating. Customer service to both owner and pet was exemplarily. – Have crazy schedule and CJ, the Vizsla, is a bit crazy too. They have taken me short notice twice and said, 'Just walk in.' Always greeted with a smile. They are so good to her. Reasonable rates. Very happy.
