I brought my goldendoodle puppy for his first groom. Louis at the front desk was friendly, reassuring and professional and accommodating. Patti was our groomer, I will say she did a fantastic groom. However she plucked my pups ears even after I asked her not to and put it on their paperwork clearly. She said “well he needed it” with no remorse or apology.
