Absolutely Horrible I am not one to complain about businesses, but this was by far the worst place I have had my dog groomed at in the last 10 years. When I called I told the lady on the phone that I DID NOT want my dog completely shaved because she stays outside during the day and it is getting cold out. The lady assured me that they wouldn't shave all of her hair off and that she would still have a bit of a coat on her so she could stay warm outside.
