DONT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE Made both of our dogs dew claws bleed. We were being nice in the moment but I wish we wouldnt have paid and I regret not stopping the lady. Our dogs claws have never bled nor has she ever whimpered when her claws were being trimmed. On top of that the shop isnt super clean. Would not reccomend this place at all.
I’m always one to give the benefit of the doubt before fully placing judgement on a place but I wish I would have trusted my gut and left. When we first walked in the smell hit me, now I’ve been to quite a few grooming places and they always smell like animals of course but this was much much worse and most of the surfaces were visibly dirty. (Again I just ignored it and chalked it up to maybe they had been too busy or maybe an animal had just had an accident) The ladies working were nice and we took my dog back to the table... read more
I have a 15 year old miniature poodle that comes here frequently. They are always so gentle and take time with her. In her old age she’s been more difficult for me to groom at home and has always been anxious when getting her hair cut at other groomers but she absolutely LOVES going here. She knows exactly where we’re going and will run to the door when I tell her we’re going to see the groomer. Cannot thank these ladies enough, they’re truly the best
These are the BEST groomers in the city! The customer service is AMAZING, they love your pets like they're their own. The ladies take great care of your fur-babies. The cleanliness of the shop is impeccable. Our babies have never been in better hands; a true SPA treatment for pets. If you've taken your pets to other groomers you're missing out (or your pets are missing out) on the best service ever! My puppy had a 9:30 a.m. grooming appointment. By 1:45 p.m. I called to check if he was ready and he was told that they were having issues trimming his facial hair and had given him a " time out ". At 4:45 I ask my husband to pick him up. When he came home our puppy was extremely nervous and had multiple accidents in the house which is very unlike him.
